At the end of the day, I can end up just totally wacky, because I've made mountains out of molehills. With meditation, I can keep them as molehills.”

Ringo Starr

Meditating is easy!

ENJOY A HAPPIER STATE...MEDITATE!

Meditation not only allows you to de-stress, meditation slows the aging process, improves concentration, increases positive thinking, enhances creativity, reduces burnout, and so much more!

Learning to meditate is super easy when you have some guidance and purpose.

Yoga uses breath and many times, asana (postures) to help get you ready for meditation.  The breath helps calm the thinking mind and open energy channels while the postures help balance energy centers.  When the physical body, thinking mind, and energy centers are balanced, you can fall into meditation much easier.

You've likely heard of the beta, alpha, theda, and gamma brainwaves.

We spend most of our waking hours in Beta Brainwave stage. This is the state where the brain is active and used for reasoning, solving problems...our conscious reasoning stage.  The downside of Beta is that many of us spend too much time in high Beta which the result in stress, anxiety, depression, insomnia, and other dis-ease.

When we consciously calm and relax...take a peaceful walk, do a calming Yoga practice, breath deeply & close our eyes, we enter into Alpha Brainwaves.  In this stage, we can experience daydreaming...visualizing.  This is when we are most creative.

In meditation, spiritual work, and deep reflection, we enter the Theda Brainwave stage.  This is where the connection with our inner Self happens.  This is the place where we can make significant and lasting changes in our lives.

In the serenity of deep meditation, we have a conscious awareness of what is around us and experience to feelings of pure joy and compassion.  This is the Gamma stage.
