Yoga and Meditation in Eagle River, WI
Paramhansa Yogananda
Yoga Paths offers weekly small group meditation and meditative yoga classes, as well as private sessions and workshops in my private, lakeside studio in Eagle River, WI and at Eagle River's Warehouse Community Art Center.
You are welcome to experience guided meditation and calming, de-stressing yoga classes. Classes in my studio are small...only 6 participants per yoga class. :)
The true essence of yoga is to open you to your connection with your true Self. With this in mind, classes here at Yoga Paths are meditative with a focus on quieting the mind and getting in touch with yourSelf. Whereas, there is body movement (asansa) during the practice, the class's intent is not physical exercise like one finds in a workout center. Classes typically include mudras, pranayama, asana, relaxation, and meditation.
I love music, so classes do include background music specifically selected for the individual class.
I am inspired by Dr. Joe Dispenza's research on meditation and his work in accessing the quantum realm of endless possibilities through meditation and by the research conducted by Dr. Richard Miller on yoga nidra. Both meditation styles provide the blueprint to access higher realms and undergo first-hand, experiential knowing.

You are welcome to enjoy the cozy atmosphere at our lakeside studio. This Gentle, Stress Relieving Yoga practice helps to systematically release holding patterns of stress and brings attention to the subtle energy system.
Breathing exercise awakens the subtle energy system and slow moving, mindful asana stimulates the channels.
Each class will conclude with a lovely savasana with yoga nidra or meditation...
...sometimes both :)
