Our mission at Yoga Paths is to provide Yoga Therapy that empowers individuals to effectively self-manage their health and well-being and enjoy the freedom that comes from stepping into their innate power and taking control of their life. In doing so, control the stress, anxiety, depression that holds them back from experiencing pure joy and love for living.
Yoga Therapy incorporates the ancient wisdom of yoga that includes much more than the physical movement called asana. Whereas asana has its place in yoga, it is not the essential healing tool. Yoga Therapy incorporates knowledge of the correlation of all aspects of being human (physical, emotional, spiritual) with its therapeutic techniques.
Enjoy your personal spa time...no need to dress for a class or go anywhere special. It can be 10 minutes or 90 minutes...whatever fits into your schedule. Your personal spa time is designed around your needs...be it to relieve stress, anxiety, depression or maybe to expand your connection with yourself...its all about YOU!
Caregivers are special people. You may be a professional caregiver or maybe your role came suddenly with an illness of a loved one. Caregiver burnout is real... stress, anxiety, depression, insomnia and moodiness are associated with burnout. Yoga Paths offers group and individual programs to help caregivers recharge.

I am Kirsten Erickson, a Certified Yoga Therapist with a BS in Alternative Medicine. At the age of 19, I started in the stressful world of real estate and stayed there for 40 years. At the age of 51, I attained my BS in Alternative Medicine and after decades of yogic study became a Certified Yoga Therapist. (CHECK OUT MY CREDENTIALS HERE!) I've experienced all the stressors of work, managing a household, being overstressed, over-scheduled, overtired with very little time for pure joy, wonder, or even self-care. Fortunately, my daily yoga therapy gave me my own "Personal Spa Time" to enjoy an awake state of connection with my innate Self and experience physical, emotional, spiritual health and well-being.
My personal spa time is on my time...no need to go anywhere...I don't need to dress for a class, stress about making it to a class on time, or fit it into my hectic schedule. It simply is my morning and before bed routine...easy peasy:).
Through my Yoga Paths yoga therapy, you'll learn simple, easy to fit in to your schedule, yoga techniques of self care to calm the thinking mind, bring relaxation to the physical body, and open your connection to the greater Self, ultimately creating better physical & mental health.
